Shipping Policy

At SOFIA Tallow Co., every order is thoughtfully prepared with care, attention to detail, and deep respect for the ingredients inside. We’re honored to be part of your ritual, and we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted during a seasonal launch or high-volume period.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Where We Ship

At this time, we currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Warm Weather + Melting Notice

Our formulas are crafted with natural ingredients and may soften or melt in higher temperatures during transit.

If your product arrives warm or softened:

  • simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate briefly

  • allow it to return to its normal texture before use

This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of your product.

Cold Weather + Texture Changes

Because we use real, natural fats and butters, you may notice slight texture variations in colder temperatures (including firmness or small natural grains). This is normal and can be smoothed by warming a small amount between your fingertips before applying.

Damaged Packages / Order Issues

We take great care in packaging, but on rare occasions damage can happen during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help make it right.

  • your order number

  • photos of the package + damaged item(s)

Lost Packages / Carrier Delays

Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, SOFIA Tallow Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery. However, if something looks unusual with tracking, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of clean skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

We encourage you to review our product descriptions and ingredient information before purchasing. If you’re new to our scents or formulas, we recommend starting with a discovery size when available.
